AV and Room Setup Requirements
How to get the most from Paul DiModica's programs
To help Paul increase his communication and interaction with your
audience, the following AV and set up requirements are requested.
We are flexible, but if you are unable to meet these guidelines,
please contact us.
- Microphones (Lavaliere and Handheld)
- Lavaliere microphone (preferably
wireless) that can be clipped to the lapel or hang around
the neck. If corded, please make sure the cord length is
sufficient
- Handheld microphone to be used for audience interaction
- Video Projector
- Minimum 12 foot screen
- LCD projector hooked into sound system
- Stage
- Riser for audiences of 50 or more; 2-3 foot riser is best
- Chair on stage - a simple, stable chair with no wheels
- Front entrance steps is preferred so Paul can interact
with the audience easily
- Seating Preference
- First choice - theater or classroom
- Second choice - "U" or "V" shaped
- Third choice - round table
- AV Technician needed
- One hour prior for review of sequencing & microphone
